Founded
in 1954, Studio Cambridge is the oldest (and the
largest) English language school in Cambridge. We
offer our students a complete cultural and educational
experience in a supportive and friendly atmosphere.

The
school occupies traditional, 19th century buildings
which belong to Cambridge University and are very
well situated just 10 minutes' walk from the centre
of the town and 400 metres from the railway station.

Studio
Cambridge has been continuously accredited by the
British Council since the accreditation scheme began
25 years ago. We are also members of English UK
and enjoy the official authorisation from Cambridge
University (UCLES) for our exam courses and from
ETS (Educational Testing Service) for the TOEIC
examination.

Studio
Cambridge is not part of a chain of schools. Our
reputation is based on maintaining the same high
standards with which we started to work in 1954.
Today, we have the pleasure to receive more than
4,000 students each year from every part of the
world.

We
offer courses for adults (minimum age 16 years)
and for children and young learners (ages 10 - 20
years). Most courses start every Monday of the year
and can be from 2 to 50 weeks in length. Courses
are offered at all levels, from beginner to advanced.
The courses for adults and those for young learners
are not mixed together. They are entirely separate
programmes.

を通して毎月曜日に始まり、期間は2週間から50週間までです。

There
are various options, but the majority of our students
choose to stay with a British family (homestay),
with half board (full board for the young learners).
Adults
enjoy single rooms, and the young learners share
their rooms with another student of the same sex
but not speaking the same language.

We
also offer accommodation in students residences.
In two cases during the summer, this is on-campus
at the college where we teach the classes (St Christopher, St Edmund
and St Helen).

校ならびにセントヘレン校）で行われるクラスに関しては、学生寮もご用意いたします。
The
school has an Activities Office which is dedicated,
full-time, to organising and accompanying social,
cultural and sports activities.
当校には、社交的、文化的あるいはスポーツなどの活動を熱心にかつ常に企画・
運営するアクティビティーオフィスがあります。
Our
prices (see below) include a minimum of 5 activities
each week at no additional cost. (The young learners
have even more activities, with no extra cost).

During
weekends, we organise full-day excursions to London
and to other cities and places of historic or touristic
interest.

We
also have an Accommodation and Welfare Department,
with qualified staff and a telephone number for
emergencies during the times when the school is
closed. Our prices include medical insurance.
