How can I book a course?

You can enrol on a Studio course in three ways.

  1. By ordering a copy of our brochure and application by post
  2. By downloading the Application Form and sending it, with payment of your deposit, by post
  3. By enrolling here, online

About Online Enrolment

When you have decided which course you would like to enrol on, you can apply for a place by clicking on enrol online (above) and completing the form. You will be asked to leave a credit card deposit so please have your card number and details ready.

For your protection, the online enrolment section is held on a secure server.

How Late Can I Apply?

Please make sure that you book as early as possible, as courses often fill up quickly.

Ideally you should allow at least 1 month, but you can still apply as little as 2 weeks before your course is due to start.

If there are fewer than 2 weeks before the start of your course, please telephone +44 (0)1223 369701 and ask to speak to a member of the Sales team. We will try to find you a place and someone will be available to speak to you in the following languages, if you are not confident about your English:

How Much Do I Pay?

The deposit required to register students for any Studio Course depends on the method of payment:

How Do I Pay the Deposit?

To register for any Studio Course, you need to pay a deposit. If your course is already fully booked, this deposit will be refunded to you in full.

There are several ways you can pay the deposit:

  • Online by credit/debit card
  • By international bank transfer
  • By faxing us your credit card details and signature
  • Sending us a cheque by mail (in Pounds Sterling only)

If you do not wish to enrol online, you will need to use the Application Form contained in the Studio brochure. This can be downloaded from our website or sent to you free of charge. Simply click on the tab marked 'Free Brochure' above and complete the form.

When and How Do I Pay
the full fees?

All fees must be received by Studio Cambridge no less than 4 weeks before the start of your course.

If your course starts more than 4 weeks after sending us an application, you can send either:

(a) The Registration Fee of £50 and a deposit of £250 - a total of £300 (450 Euros). The remainder of the fees must be paid no less than 4 weeks before you start your course.

or

(b) All fees (the Total Fees plus airport transfer fee, if applicable).

Please remember, if your course starts less than 4 weeks after sending the application, you will be required to pay all the fees immediately. Payments can be made by cheque, credit card, bank transfer or giro. If you are sending payment by bank transfer or giro, please:

(a) enclose a copy of the transaction

(b) tell us how the balance will be paid (if you are to pay the Registration Fee and Deposit)

Please make sure that you pay for any bank charges incurred.
