CELTA course key points

Professional teaching

We are confident that you will find the course stimulating and rewarding.  You will have the support of dedicated and committed tutors with long EFL careers both in the UK and abroad.

Besides being professional trainers with experience in planning, co-ordinating and leading intensive teacher-training courses, they are currently practising teachers with their feet firmly in the classroom.

Small classes

The course is limited to twelve participants with two tutors who will share the input sessions and the supervision of teaching practice.

Personal support and encouragement

You will find your tutors approachable and supportive.  They will be available for advice and encouragement every day in lesson-planning time.

Preparation for your career in teaching

More than just a course, CELTA at Studio Cambridge will help you prepare for the whole experience of teaching EFL, whether at home or abroad. In the final week of the course you will have sessions in professional development, on how to find work, and on how to avoid potential problems.
