English Language and Activity Programmes at Studio Cambridge
Sir Richard course centre
This programme is held at the Leighton Park School, just minutes from Reading. The school is over 100 years old and has an extremely good reputation year-round. Studio Cambridge will take over responsibility for the school for 5 weeks during the summer, using their residences, dining hall, sports and classroom facilities and offices.
To allow the highest levels of security and supervision, all students live on-campus at the centre. Homestay accommodation is not available. Most of our teaching and administration staff also live on-campus. There is typically a ratio of one adult to 7 children living at the centre. It is an ideal environment for children of this age.
Students are not allowed off-campus unless on a school-sponsored visit or when accompanied by a member of the Studio staff.

The town of Reading
The town of Reading (pronounced 'Redding') is situated in the Royal County of Berkshire on the River Thames. It is only 65km from central London (25 minutes by train) and 45km from London Heathrow airport.
The town dates from the eighth century and has always had many historical links with the British Royal Family, due to its location close to London. Today it is a vibrant and prosperous University town with excellent shopping facilities. It is also within visiting distance of London's theatres and football clubs, making it an ideal location for our Sir Richard centre.
