Meals

Sir William students enjoying their course with Studio CambridgeAll meals are provided in the dining room at the University. There is a wide choice of hot and cold food and a vegetarian option for every meal. Packed lunches are provided on excursion days. At bedtimes, there is also a late snack (hot and cold milk drink, soft drinks, cookies and cake).

Evenings

Each evening students on the Sir William Plus programme will have activities organised for them by the Studio wardens. Students may not go off campus in the evenings without Studio staff and must be in their residence by 23:00 at the latest. Students who fail to follow this rule will be spoken to by the wardens. This is an important rule for us and failing to comply is considered serious misconduct and action will be taken.

Your free time

There are activites, classes or excursions every day and evening on this course and therefore, there is very little free time for students on the Sir William Plus programme. However, there will be plenty of opportunities to walk into the town centre as part of the social programme. There are always things to do in Richmond and the Studio wardens are there to help and supervise in case of problems. Common rooms are also available in the residences.

Laundry

Cafe in main building on English Language and Activity Programmes at Studio CambridgeLaundry facilities are available on site. Students are required to do their own clothes laundry. One wash per week may be done free of charge. Bed linen is provided at the residence and will be changed and washed once each week.

Students will be given keys to their room and to the entrance to the residences. A small deposit of £10 will be taken when the keys are issued, in case the keys are lost.
