Insurance is included in the fees for the duration of your study with Studio. If you do not wish us to arrange insurance cover for you, you should tick the appropriate box on the application form.

We have used the same insurance firm for many years and they provide an excellent service, with a policy specially designed for us.

This is a very comprehensive insurance policy. Below is a brief summary of some of the benefits on offer. For full details of what is and is not included please refer to the insurance certificate sent to you on enrolment. For any queries please contact us.

Insurance cover includes:
Medical treatment: Up to £1,000,000
Personal liability: Up to £1,000,000
Loss of possessions: Up to £750 (£250 limit per item)
Cancellation/Curtailment costs: Up to £5,000
Personal injury:£5,000 (£15,000 for ages 18+) for death or permanent total disablement
Purchase of essential items: Up to £100 after 12 hours delay
Money: Up to £250 for money and credit card misuse
Emergency Passport Replacement: Up to £250

Significant exclusions include: £25 excess in respect of medical expenses, personal belongings and money.

Persons aged under 7 years or over 61 years; insanity, suicide, intentional self injury or needless self-exposure to danger (except in an attempt to save human life); the influence of alcohol, drugs or solvents, alcoholism, drug addiction, solvent abuse, any addictive disorder, anxiety depression nervous or mental disorders.
