Your
transfer
Your transfer is included in our fees if you travel to and
from the London airports on a Sunday. This service is available
to and from Heathrow, Gatwick, and Stansted airports.
We
can arrange transfers for you if you travel on different
days and to / from any other airport, seaport or railway
station, but additional fees apply. Please contact us for
details.
If
you don't want to us arrange a transfer for you and plan
to make your own way to your accommodation, please tick
the appropriate box on the application form.
Arrival
in the UK
When you arrive in the UK on a Sunday, at Heathrow,
Gatwick, or Stansted airports,
you will be met at the airport by our transfers team and
taken by taxi or coach to your accommodation, where you
will be met by your host or your residential wardens.
On
the Sunday after your course you will be taken back to the
airport and helped to check-in by our transfers team.
What
we need from you for your Transfer
You
should send us your flight details at the time of booking
the course or you can send this information to us separately
at a later date, but we should receive it no later than
two weeks before the day of your arrival. It is essential
that we receive the following information from you:

- Course
reference / name

Telephone number / fax number / e-mail address
- Dates
of arrival and departure
- Name
of airport destination on arrival and departure
- Airport
of origin for your departure

Flight numbers for arrival and departure
- Airport
terminal number

Time of arrival in the UK.
- Time
of departure from the UK
- The
names of any other students with whom you wish to
share the transfer
