What is your name and where are you from?
My name is Camilla Huglia and I am from Rome, Italy.
Which course are you doing?
I am doing the FCE course.
So far, what do you like most about Studio?
I like the lessons, students and teachers. I appreciate how Studio staff takes care of students.
What do you think about the teaching methods that we use?
I like how the teachers can make difficult things easy with the help of video, CD and speaking activities.
Has your English improved?
A little bit.
What do you think of the activities we have to offer? Which ones are your favourites?
The activities where we can eat.
What is your favourite thing about Cambridge?
I think the first floor of Fitzwilliam museum, I like the atmosphere and the paintings.
How is Cambridge similar/different to your city?
Cambridge has got a different architecture and it’s smaller.
What do you think the advantages of living in a Homestay are?
You can improve more because you can speak with your homestay parents.
What do you talk about or do with your Host (family)/housemates?
About my habits and about life.
What are the differences between life in the UK family and at home?
The UK families usually eat earlier.
What sort of food do you eat in Cambridge? Is that what you expected to eat?
All my life, I have never eaten so much pasta and potatoes. I expected more meat.
How do you travel around Cambridge and why?
On foot because it is free.
