Studying English in class

Our general English courses are called EFL-20 and EFL-28.

Start dates are every Monday throughout the year

Course periods are from 2 to 50 weeks. We teach on all public holidays, except during Christmas and New Year.

Classes are at all levels from beginner (level 1) to advanced (level 6).
You will be tested on your first day by a teacher and placed in a class at the level which is right for you.

  • EFL-20 is morning-only classes and is suitable for students aged 18 and above.
  • EFL-28 is morning and afternoon classes and is suitable for students aged 16 and above.

All general English students study in morning classes together. In the afternoons (on EFL-28) we offer specialised options, including IELTS preparation and English for Business.

In addition, we also offer intensive examination preparation courses, which have specific start dates throughout the year

Practicing English in free after-class activities

Students come to Studio Cambridge from over 75 countries each year and speak lots of languages. It is very important that you continue speaking English with your friends and classmates after your lessons are finished for the day, therefore we include at least one social activity per weekday, free of charge.

Living in the city of Cambridge

Cambridge is famous throughout the world for its University, its history and its beauty. As a centre for education for more than 800 years, Cambridge is the ideal place to study English in England. It is quite small, with a population of around 110,000 residents, so it is easy to get around. It is a young people's city, with a student population of around 20,000 people, so there are always lots of things going on.

Cambridge is only 30 minutes from London Stansted airport which offers cheap flights to over 30 different countries.
