Your transfer is included in our fees if you travel to and from Heathrow or Stansted airports on Sundays. If you plan to arrive on a different day or at a different airport additional fees will apply.

Students aged under 16 will receive check-in assistance at the airport as part of the transfer service. Students aged 16+ will check-in independently at the airport. Assisted check- in is available on request for students aged 16+ at an additional charge of 60 GBP. Please let us know in this section if the student is aged 16+ and would like to book the assisted check in service.
